Refund policy:  Video Workshops 

A refund will not be provided if you change your mind.

But, within 30 days of purchase, if you experience an intense emotional trigger to the point where you are unable to continue with the workshop, you can choose a refund or to use the amount you paid for the workshop as a credit towards a 1-on-1 session. A refund will not be provided if you have completed the workshop. Contact us with your request: megan@meganchamberseft.com.au. We will respond within 2 business days.

If, within 30 days of purchase, you find that you meet the criteria of being diagnosed with one or more of the mental health disorders mentioned in the disclaimer and therefore are unable to use the workshop, you will be entitled to a full refund. A refund will not be provided if you have completed the workshop. Contact us to request your refund: megan@meganchamberseft.com.au. We will arrange the refund within 5 business days.

While we fully expect you to get benefit from this course, a refund will not be provided if you do not.
